Frequently Asked Questions

1. Which areas do you cover?

We currently cover Greater London and some surrounding  areas. When you fill in our quote form, you’ll be able to check if your area is covered. If your area isn’t included but you’d still like to book with us, please contact us and we’ll see if we can arrange something special for you.

2. Can I choose which cocktails are made in the Cocktail Masterclass?

Yes during the booking process you’ll be able to select your preferred cocktails from our menu. If you change your mind, you can update your choices up to 10 days before the event by contacting our team.

3. How do I choose the cocktails for the One Rule Spirit Class?

First, you’ll select your preferred spirit during booking. After your booking is confirmed, our team will get in touch with you to go through the menu and help you finalise your cocktail choices. Any changes can also be made up to 10 days before the event.

4. What if some of my guests do not drink alcohol?

No problem, we can adapt the menu to include mocktails or low-alcohol alternatives for non-drinkers.

5. When will the bartender arrive and when do they leave?

The bartender will arrive about 30 minutes before the scheduled start to set up. After the event, they will need around 30 minutes to pack up (this time is not subtracted from your service time).

6. What if I don’t yet know the full address of the venue?

That’s okay, you can give us as much information as you currently have. You must finalise and confirm the venue address before the event.

7. What happens after I submit the Instant Quote form?

Our team will review your request and confirm your selections. You’ll then receive an email with a detailed breakdown and instructions to secure your booking, either with a £20 deposit or by paying in full. If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled at least 10 days before the event.

8. Is it possible to book your services for an outdoor event?

Yes, we can run outdoors. Ideally we’d like access to a sink or water supply, but if that’s not possible, we can adapt. Just let us know in advance.

9. Can you accept last-minute bookings?

We will try our best! For bookings made with less than 10 days’ notice, please contact us directly to check availability.

10. Can I change the number of guests after booking?

Don’t worry if you’re not sure of your final numbers yet. A £20 deposit secures your booking based on an estimate and you can confirm the exact guest count when your final payment is due 10 days before the party.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your booking:

  • More than 10 days before your event: we’ll refund any payments made, except for the £20 deposit.
  • Within 10 days of your event: the full amount becomes non-refundable, as all arrangements will already be in place.

We completely understand that plans can change! If something unexpected happens, just get in touch,  we’ll always do our best to reschedule your booking where possible. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].

12. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your experience at least 2 – 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or busy seasons.

13. How much space do I need for the class or bar setup?

We recommend allowing enough table space for all participants to comfortably prepare drinks, roughly one metre of table space per person is ideal. If you don’t have access to a suitable table, we can bring one upon request for an additional £30 setup fee.

14. Do you provide everything needed for the class or event?

It depends on the type of experience you choose:

  • For our Cocktail Masterclasses and One-Rule Spirit Sessions, we provide everything: including ingredients, ice, glassware, professional equipment and your bartender.
  • For Bartender Hire and Festive or Themed Cocktail Parties, customers  will receive a personalised shopping list based on the menu they select, prepared with our expert guidance. You’ll be responsible for sourcing the ingredients, while we provide the bartender. Glassware can also be supplied upon request if needed.
